Hello everyone, Happy Christmas to all our readers! I don’t normally do TV posts, but this was a very nice Christmas present for me as I’m an avid fan of Blackadder, and have seen all of the episodes multiple times. It features some of Britain’s best actors, such as Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) and Hugh Laurie (House) - its simply the BEST British sitcom.  This documentary is a must-see for all Blackadder fans.

Synopsis: Blackadder Rides Again features the iconic cast in a documentary to mark 25 years since the original BBC transmission of the much-loved sitcom, first broadcast in 1983. This includes the first ever in-depth interview with Rowan Atkinson, on his personal experience of playing Edmund Blackadder and being involved in the sitcom and its phenomenal success. Set to join Rowan are the core cast and writing team who have gone on to become some of the greatest names in entertainment, both in the UK and US.

A very entertaining docu on one of the best series ever to come out of the UK and as said this features a real powerhouse of comedic talent,a very nice Christmas present from the scene 8)

Features all the best British actors such as Mr. Bean? Ok maybe he’s funny, but he’s not one of the best British actors. If he is that is a slap in the face to all British people.

@ 7 (Really): Mr Bean isn’t one of Britain’s best actors, the actor who plays him is. Rowan can really connect with the character and make the character all the more believable - no matter how bizarre the character is; which is very rare, and that IMO makes him a very good actor.

Thanks! This is awesome, especially for us ex-pats!

The whole Blackadder series is amazing, it gets better and better. The last season is an amazing take on WW1, funny but profoundly moving at the same time.

Just a heads-up. Some UK ISPs are cutting off Rapidshare downloads before completion for some inane and flawed reason. If you’re having this problem, change the "http://rapidshare.com" part of the links to "http://ssl.rapidshare.com"

You are the reason people hate Americans. You give us all a bad name. Of course Hugh Laurie is British you A hole. How many movies has Colin Ferrel or Russel Crowe been in without accents. No I am not saying that both of them are British, but I am making a point that many foreign actors can act without an accent. What a dumb comment???

WhOOOYeaH!.. Hugh, Stephen and Rowan. This is the best christmas present ever!

The best talent usually come from Cambridge and Oxford in England. The Shakesperian humor mixed up with fart jokes/ funny voices and awsome acting never stops bringing out the laughs.

Without British talent, Hollywood would only be Paris Hilton and Britney. Bottom of the barrel.
