We reported about the XviD release by ALLiANCE last week, now here are both 720p and 1080p Blu-Ray rips from hV and AVCHD respectively.

Quality: Great quality x264 encodes, but 720p has DTS while 1080p only has AC3. (screenshots from 720p release)

Lets just get this out of the way now, yes this is “late” but problems with the site when this pred, lack of active staff etc etc. So lets get to it, CROSSBOW released both 720p and 1080p x264’s of Law Abiding Citizen almost three days ago. As I said in the XviD release article, I highly recommend this film to anyone who enjoyed a good thriller.

Quality: Great quality 720p & 1080p releases, but, with AC3 audio.

Synopsis: Clyde Shelton (Gerard Butler) is an upstanding family man whose wife and daughter are brutally murdered during a home invasion. When the killers are caught, Nick Rice (Jamie Foxx), a hotshot young Philadelphia prosecutor, is assigned to the case. Over his objections, Nick is forced by his boss to offer one of the suspects a light sentence in exchange for testifying against his accomplice. Fast forward ten years. The man who got away with murder is found dead and Clyde Shelton coolly admits his guilt. Then he issues a warning to Nick: Either fix the flawed justice system that failed his family, or key players in the trial will die.

A nice family movie for you in full HD. This one is good if you want to entertain the whole family (assuming they are young enough to enjoy this) and stars Anne Hathaway from films like The Princess Diaries, Bride Wars and the upcoming Alice in Wonderland. Enjoy this great release from CiNEFiLE.

Quality: Great 1080p quality.

Synopsis: Based on Gail Carson Levine’s award winning novel, this is the story of Ella, a young woman who was given a “gift” of obedience by a fairy named Lucinda. Anything anyone tells her to do, she must obey. When her mother passes away, Ella is cared for by her thoughtless and greedy father who remarries a loathsome woman with two treacherous daughters. This modern-day, fantasy Cinderella features fairies, ogres and elves…as well as a hero in the guise of Prince Charmont, whom Ella falls in love with. Unlike Cinderella though, Ella must depend on herself and her intelligence to get her through her troubles and find Lucinda in order for her “curse” to be broken!

This is a cool sounding movie. I don’t think it’s cool enough to spend 8.7GB downloading but i will definitely get the XviD. The cast includes Paul Walker (Fast and Furious) and Vera Farmiga (Orphan). This may be worth a look as the synopsis sounds promising. If you have seen this movie or wish to see it in HD you now can thanks to LCHD.

This release is actually fairly recent. Robin Hood: Men In Tights, a comedic take on the old legend of Robin Hood with Mel Brooks as the director. I love Mel Brooks’ sense of humour and if you do too, you will like this movie, if you haven’t already seen it. Sorry for the dull selection of screenshots but there weren’t very many to choose from. A while ago we reported on the DVDRip release of this film, yesterday DIMENSION released it in 720p and 1080p x264’s from Blu-Ray. With some decent actors including the likes of Rorschach actor Jackie Earle Haley who is also soon to be the new Freddy Krueger and with the somewhat decent score on IMDB I’m sure a good amount of you will enjoy this, it even has Forest Whitaker who I’m a big fan of.

One I have been waiting for, the 720p Blu-Ray x264 released today by DIMENSION. Edit: updated with 1080p.
So I woke up this morning and finally managed to source this release, updated with decent screenshots, not that they are at all needed for a retail rip. But hey, we’re not other sites, we don’t posts studio stills on CAM posts

Synopsis: Ricky, Julian and Bubbles are about to get out of jail, and this time, Julian vows to go straight, even open a legit business. Soon the Boys will all be rich. At least thats what theyve told the parole board. But when they arrive back at the park, they find it’s not the same old Sunnyvale - and it’s not the same old Jim Lahey, Trailer Park Supervisor. Lahey’s a new man, hasn’t had a drink for two years. And he has plans - BIG PLANS - for Sunnyvale. But unfortunately for Lahey, Julian stands in his way. With his big plans for Sunnyvale going down the toilet, his relationship with Randy broken down, and having the Boys back in the park is all way too much pressure for him to bear. For Jim Lahey, the countdown to liquor day is on. Meanwhile, Julian’s having problems of his own and the Boys are forced to resort to doing what they know best - breaking the law. Lahey’s descent into the liquor coupled with the Boys descent into crime puts them all on a collision course to mayhem and destruction.

Here’s a 1080p release of the movie ‘Ink’ by group LCHD. I thought this movie was very cool and quite interesting, especially for a fantasy style movie. This movie would look beautiful in full HD and i would recommend at least watching the XviD if you haven’t already.

A nice 1080p thriller release by THUGLiNE. The ratings for this movie aren’t very good, so if you use RT or IMDB as a reference, you probably don’t want to be watching this. It’s about some kind of deranged scientist that traps a few people in a steam room and threatens to turn up the heat if he doesn’t get what he wants. I basically just dumbed down the synopsis to simple English.

Quality: Fantastic scene 1080p quality.

LCHD brings us the 1080p HD rls of the french movie Cache which has English subtitles. Judging from the ratings and the synopsis, this movie sounds really good!

Quality: Superb quality!

Synopsis: Writer/director Michael Haneke delivers a masterpiece of unsettlement with CACHÉ. Life seems perfect for Georges (Daniel Auteuil) and Anne (Juliette Binoche), a bourgeois Parisian couple who live in a comfortable home with their adolescent son, Pierrot (Lester Makedonsky). But when an anonymous videotape turns up on their doorstep, showing their house under surveillance from across the street, their calm life begins to spiral out of control. Subsequent videotapes arrive, accompanied by mysterious drawings, and gradually Georges becomes convinced that he’s being tormented by a figure from his past. But when he confronts him, the man assures Georges he is innocent. A growing sense of guilt begins to rise in Georges as he recalls his less-than-angelic childhood, yet for some reason he’s unable to be completely honest with Anne. Soon, their happy home is an emotional battleground, leading to a climax that is breathtaking in its ferocity and ambiguousness. Though Haneke’s film works first and foremost as an insidious thriller, it is also a powerful commentary on the urban paranoia and racism that continue to permeate modern society. Without using a score, and keeping his camera detached and static, Haneke nonetheless establishes a nearly unbearable level of tension. Not for the squeamish, CACHÉ remains a work of menacing brilliance, and was the winner of the Best Director award at the 2005 Cannes Film Festival

I enjoyed this movie a lot when it first came out. The scene where the orchestra starts singing, it sends tingles down my spine. Plus added bonus, the camera seems to always find Diane Kruger breasts. Ed Harris does a great performance in my opinion. Overall it is a great movie with a great soundtrack. Now you can enjoy it in full HD 1080p quality, the release comes from DIMENSION.

Synopsis: When a young Vienna Music Conservatory student and aspiring composer accepts a job as a copyist for Ludwig von Beethoven, she soon finds her destiny forever interlinked with that of the legendary classical musician in director Agnieszka Holland’s romantic period drama. Hey guys! Here I have for you is the 1080p release of “The Final Destination”. There has yet to be a 1080p release from the scene so here is a p2p release. I don’t know about you but I will be holding off downloading this movie. This movie was great to see in 3D and apparently it’s coming out on Blu-Ray with both 3D and 2D versions in January. Can’t wait!

Quality: This release has beautiful 1080p quality and it is going to be nice to see some blood and guts in HD.

Synopsis: The Final Destination series gets a kick-start with this fourth outing, headed up by the production team behind the second film — director David R. Ellis and writer Eric Bress. The New Line franchise will be presented for the first time in 3-D with this installment focusing on a teenager that dodges a trip to the grave at a racetrack, only to find that death has a way of equaling the playing field after the fact. Never heard of this movie before but it seems well known, it doesn’t really take my fancy but I may give it a watch just for sarah Michelle Gella, oh..buffy, the good ol’ days.

Quality: Audio and video are perfect, just as they should be.

Synopsis: Four stories, representing the emotional principles of love, pleasure, sorrow, and happiness, come together in this episodic drama from first-time director Jieho Lee. HD versions of Gamer action movie are out. 720p version released by iNFAMOUS and 1080p version released by HD1080 have both excellent quality. I haven’t seen this movie so cannot comment on the action scenes or the quality of the movie overall however, the trailer looks interesting and the movie looks to be similar to Surrogates with remotely controlled humans idea behind it. Grab it and enjoy!
