This sounds like a very interesting documentary that I will be sure to check out. There have been a lot of flicks that have come out about the Iraq conflict, so if you are looking another one check this out. For the rest of you sitting on the fence this movie hasn’t scored too high on IMDB or RT so you might want to take that into consideration before you download this.

Quality: Everything looks great for a DVDRi.

Synopsis: The story is set in the latter days of World War 2, against the backdrop of fierce combat on the eastern front. Brother’s War is based on real events. The western Allies push into Germany and the Red Army is fights its way towards Berlin. Churchill is worried about Russia’s post-war plans for Europe but most not endanger the increasingly threatened alliance between the west and Russian A British military attached to the Red Army discovers a Russian war crime against the Polish government in exile and is seized by Stalin’s feared intelligence service. He finds unexpected help from an enemy and fellow prisoner a German Captain. They discover a common bond in freemasonry and are bound by honor, oath and secrets. They are joined by Anna, a beautiful Polish nurse cast adrift on the tides of war. The three are pursued by A Ruthless Russian commander through Germany caring a secret that can change the outcome of the world and the fate of millions. Brother’s War was produced with strict attention to historic accuracy and military detail and portrays the horrors and heroism of desperate battles. The film also opens the door into the ancient order of the freemasons and presents unmatched insight on the real histories of these men, brothers all, who have fought in every war for hundreds of years.

I know I have been waiting all my life for this movie! Mega Shark Versus Giant Octopus sounds like all kinds of awesome. I saw the trailer on YouTube a few weeks ago and was completly dumbfounded by everything about this movie. I don’t know why someone wanted to make this, but I know this movie is going to win every Oscar ever for the rest of time! I am going to check this one out just for the ridiculous plot alone.

Quality: Looks and sounds standard for any DVDR. The audio is clear and the video looks great.

Synopsis: Teeth and tentacles fly in this epic creature-feature, the story of a showdown between two massive prehistoric beasts. One has jaws that could tear down the Golden Gate, the other has suckers that can sink a submarine; when they go head to head in the San Francisco Bay, no one–not even the folks on land–will be safe from the carnage.

DoR2 have released the DVDR of A Very Short Life, also known as “Duen chaam dik sung ming”. Considering its a DVDR with a size of 4.27GB, quality is no real question. It is superb judging from the sample. I have also included subtitles for your convenience.

After the 720p & BD-rip we have the DVD-R for Punisher, officially the DVD-R is supposed to come out on March 17 but thanks to SCREAM we have the untouched NTSC version a grand 2 weeks before release.

Holy crap!! The movie of the year has been released on DVDR! Although I’m sure a lot of you will disagree with that, but it sure is a big release, the retail DVD isn’t even due out til the 9th of December. I can’t wait to watch this again in great quality, although I’m waiting for the Blu-Ray. Enjoy!

Quality: Excellent quality, which is to be expected from a retail ripped DVDR of course. Some of you may want to wait for the NTSC version as this is PAL but in my opinion this is fine.

Synopsis: With just one year having passed after taking out Ra’s Al Ghul’s plan to have Gotham eliminated and the mysterious disappearance of Dr. Jonathan Crane AKA the Scarecrow, and after the city was nearly plundered with his toxins, Bruce Wayne and his vigilante alter-ego the Batman, continue the seemingly endless effort to bring order to Gotham, with the help of Lt. James Gordon and newly appointed District Attorney Harvey Dent. But a new threat has now emerged into the streets. The Dark Knight faces a rising psychopathic criminal called The Joker, whose eerie grin, laughter, and inhuman morality makes him as dangerous than what he has yet to unleash. It becomes an agenda to Batman to stop the mysterious Joker at all costs, knowing that both of them are in an opposite line. One has no method at all and seeks to see the world plunge into the fire he has yet to light. One represents the symbol of hope and uses his own shadow to bring the peace and order he has yet to accomplish doing.

Synopsis: Bryan is a divorced, former US intelligence agent whose 17-year-old daughter Kim lives with his ex-wife Lenore (Famke Janssen) and her new husband Stuart. The nature and dispositions of the major characters are established early in the film: Kim is a happy, affectionate girl who loves horses and has aspirations of being a singer, while her mother maintains a frosty, somewhat antagonistic demeanour towards her ex-husband. Bryan’s skill and quick-thinking are demonstrated when he agrees to escort a pop diva—the diva is attacked, but Bryan efficiently disables a knife-wielding assailant and gets her safely out of danger. Thankful, the diva expresses some interest in Bryan’s daughter and furnishes him with some contacts to get Kim’s career started.

We don’t generally post DVDR releases, only special circumstances like if it’s a big release and comes out before an XviD release, like we did with Hulk. But a lot of people like to download DVDR’s and people have preferences be it NTSC or PAL, or if they want a COMPLETE/DVD9 release or not. So, each week we are going to put together a post listing all the English DVDR releases from the previous week, not including any multi or internal releases. Finally we get DVD quality of this movie, which I’m sure you all know of from the title. A while back there was a VHS screener which did not do this movie justice at all.

Quality: Great quality as usual from a DVDR source, better than xvid which has not even pred yet. Unless you have to save bandwidth or you’re waiting for even better quality, then you should definately get this.

Synopsis: “The Incredible Hulk” kicks off an all-new, explosive and action-packed epic of one of the most popular superheroes of all time. In this new beginning, scientist Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him: The Hulk.
