How many people have 3d glasses? This is useless.

@ 2 (Ventril):
In the UK (where channel 4 broadcasts) people were told in advance they could pick up a set of free 3d glasses form their local supermarket. This is what I have done to watch the shows and I’m sure quite a few others have as they ran out pretty quickly in most places.

4. sc0rff [staff] says:

They also were given out for Chuck broadcast on Virgin1 IIRC, Americans can use the ones they got for Chuck/Superbowl half-time show if they kept them.

5. 3D Glasses says:

Here in the U of K, we were given the Red & Blue Anaglyph (?) type of glasses not yellow & blue as you say. In our local Sainsburys they had tonnes of them. All in all I have to say what channel 4 showed was crap, didn’t watch this though so I can’t say if this was crap but the queen in 3d was awful. But yeah anyway Blue and Red glasses were the ones issued.

6. sc0rff [staff] says:

But, Blue and Yellow ones are the only ones that will work, My Sainsbury’s had Yellow and Blue. But they do wear Red and Blue ones in the shows which is very strange.

7. B[r]3 says:

@ 2 (Ventril): eBay sells 3D glasses for like a $1. Almost everyone has them. Well perhaps you’re one of the rare few who hasn’t. XD

8. Tony says:

@1 Bull is fake!

10. GrReb says:

I’ll just Krylon my eyeballs yellow and blue, huff the remainder and then watch:)

11. Dim Javidson says:

@ 5 (3D Glasses): The specially-filmed bits with Derren had some decent 3D effects, and there were a few tricks that worked well in 3D, but in the main it seemed pretty pointless. Still worth watching if you like magic tricks, but if I was watching again I probably wouldn’t bother with the glasses.

The Queen in 3D WAS shite though. What’s the best way of showing off 3D filming? Oh yeah, things moving from one side of the screen to the other. Nice work, guys. (Yeah, okay, not including the Pulfrich effect.)

12. Bull says:

@ 8 Tony Really Hunn!

total 40 Downloads it shows in my stats page & u r the only one saying its fake
