In another addition to films that you could be watching instead of spanking it to sparkling vampires while dreaming about all the barely legal teens venting their slightly disturbing and somewhat unhealthy fantasies upon a film based upon a crappy novel collection, comes Equilbrium. POSSIBLY the last decent film Bale did before he adopted that annoying as all hell raspy american voice for the batman movies. God I hate the dark knight. Begins was alright though, but really – is the voice necessary? Seriously. If you haven’t watched this film, add it to the queue with leon, get some munchies in and watch now.

Ugh. I swear to hades, it’s only been two god damned days, and I’m already sick of hearing about robert bloody pattinson. Chicks find him attractive? Really? REALLY!?

Synopsis: In a futuristic world, a strict regime has eliminated war by suppressing emotions: books, art and music are strictly forbidden and feeling is a crime punishable by death. Cleric John Preston (Bale) is a top ranking government agent responsible for destroying those who resist the rules.
