Operation: Anchorage is the first DLC (Downloadable Content) for one of the top games, if not THE best game to come out in 2008, Fallout-3.

Description: In this DLC pack, the Brotherhood of Steel Outcasts are trying to acquire advanced military tools, and the only way to enter the vault containing these relics is by completing a military simulation only the player can enter. In the simulation the player fights in one of the greatest battles of the Fallout universe: the liberation of Anchorage, Alaska from invading Red Chinese troops. The simulation is set between June 2076, when the T-51b Power Armor was first introduced, and January 2077, when Chinese forces were completely driven out of Alaska.
The Chinese Red Army is everywhere, and the player first has to secure the surrounding mountain side and then fight their way into the Chinese base. The player has to use a lot of their standard combat skills, along with several new tools that are only available in the DLC. These include interactive strike teams under the player’s command as well as unique armor, weapons, and other exotic gadgets. Throughout the simulation various pieces of intel are also hidden, yielding the Covert Ops perk.

Dude, it’s NOT the full game :) You need a fully working Fallout 3 release to ADD this content to it.

READ THE NFO-FILE. You need to mount (or burn) the image and appy the provided 1.1 patch. Then INSTALL it with the installer.exe supplied on the Skid-Row image.
The start the FO3-launcher, go to DATA FILES option, MARK Anchorage.esm with a tick & click OK.
Now you can start the NORMAL Fallout 3 game. You won’t notice any difference for about 10 minutes, then you get a call (a quest) and the ADD-ON starts its magic ! :)
It’s written clearly in the NFO, so follow Skid-Rows order and everything should be fine.

This is a megaupload link, non-disc DIRECT FILES version

Just extract the contents to C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data

Then make sure to tick the check box on the Fallout 3 data files option through the Fallout 3 launcher

NOTE: Works ONLY on existing cracked version of the game, and must be updated to latest version 1.1. I have tested this on the reloaded crack 1.1 and completed it too. Very short only 2/3 hours depending on how good you are.

I believe you can download from fileplanet for FREE once you beocme a free member, simple click download, then select the FREE PUBLIC SERVERS, there is usually a queue time, but IT IS FREE, instant download is for subscribers only (paying members).

Very good sequel to the original RPG’s of yesteryear, but without isometric top view. Very much in the nature of BioShock and Morrowind. While the world does not really seem large, there is a lot to discover life. Very compelling story !!
