Far Cry 2: A little Teaser!599
I’m sure the title will excite a lot of you. Just calm down, there is no official release out yet, I am just bringing you this little piece of positive news: A crack is being worked on as we speak. Not much else to say at this moment, except that Good things come to those who wait ;D This game is gonna be epic.

just found out that the far cry2.exe repairs itself if it is changed so the crack from post 144 wont work because while running the .exe it repairs itself and you got the original exe…
same with the launcher
setting these files writeprotectet and the whole thing starts but quits saying nothing

The Paul.dll file is the FC2.dll file. It says so when you look at the file properties in Resource Hacker. They renamed it to throw people off.

@ 159 (weizbox): If you need to check it for yourself, check out my link from Newzleech. It’s only a few hours old, but it is clearly a Far Cry 1 crack as confirmed by the Far Cry 1 nfo.

D4rkC0D3R If you are the real Deal, and posted a cpl of hours a go about finding a weak spot, Which is it a couple of hours or a couple of weeks? Either way I will be buying the game Friday anyway but if I can play sooner all the more better.

Perhaps cheathappens are struggling somewhat and have to use cheap ploys like this to get people to sign up? lol

ppl that do that are so stupid + if it counts for me paying 5 bucks for a crack or then mabey w8 for tommorow where it should come out tommorow if im not mistaking and w8 for some site to post the .nzb and then trough it in my payed newsgroup account. wel obviously i would chose for the second 1 besides im gana need some sleep soon
sow if i wouldnt get the crack now (witch i really want) then i wouldnt miss 1 night of sleep over it. (dont mistake this for an anti game dude i love games and i have seen what FC2 can do and im jumping to play!!!!!!)

The Darkcoder posting here is apparently fake, but tbh I dont trust any stuff posted on these sites anymore since the Mass effect Virus Crack fest. Just be patient and wait for official word on reliable sources.

We only have to wait a few hours until it’s the day of the release, at which point, would I be right in assuming that you can just mount the image and run it as if it’s the official DVD, or does SecuROM prevent that, too?

@ 178 (Bauer): SecuROM does prevent that, but the DVD isn’t even required. You just have to get a valid serial, unlock code and potentially get it activated online first.
