Oh how little I know about High School Musical. I think the title says it all and it makes me want to know less about it. Nevertheless this is apparently immensly popular with youngsters, so I’m sure many people will want to know about this release. I do love a good musical though. Cannibal the Musical, Phantom of the Opera and South Park the Movie are all awesome musicals! The quality on this release is so awful that it ruins the whole musical element of it though. Wait for a better release. High School Musical 1 and 2 were made for TV and this 3rd installment is the first cinema release. Judging from the IMDB rating it might be the last.

Quality: As I said simply awful. The video quality is very low. The original source was filmed at 29 fps but the encoded XviD release is at 14.985 fps, so really bad quality. The audio is even worse in my opinion. The musical parts are completely unlistenable and even hurt the ears at times. Looks like the people behind this release just did such an awful job as a swipe at PreVail.

I can’t understand people who post insulting comments about films like this. It’s for children for goodness sake, and some of us have them.

I don’t post comments about all the horror ‘crap’, and the fantasy ‘crap’ that’s reviewed - I just don’t watch it.

The main reason I’ve never been back to some other review sites since Zerosec started, is because their comments sections are mainly slagging-off forums, populated by brainless idiots. Do we really want this quality site to go the same way?
