This film popped up on interfilm today, which is one of the big russian torrent trackers where region 5 dvdrips are released and COALiTiON are the first ones to sync some english audio to it and pre it in the scene. Samuel L Jackson plays a badass neighbour in this film. Its what he does best, so this looks like it will be a good watch. Previously p2p encoder KingBen released a nice Full screen screener of this film, but now you get to watch it without all the annoying timecodes and watermarks.

Quality: Video quality looks excellent. Crisp and clear and could just as well be a DVDRip. The audio is very clear as well. An excellent R5 release from COALiTiON.

Synopsis: Chris Mattson (Patrick Wilson) and Lisa Mattson (Kerry Washington), a young interracial couple, have just moved into their California dream home when they become the target of their next-door neighbor, who disapproves of their interracial relationship. A stern, widowed-single father of two, LAPD officer Abel Turner (Samuel L. Jackson) is the watchdog of the neighborhood. His nightly foot patrols and overly watchful eyes bring comfort to some, but he becomes increasingly harassing to the newlyweds. The persistent intrusions into the lives of Chris and Lisa ultimately take a turn for the worse when the couple decides to fight back.
