I’m surprised about the early broadcasting times in the States for this series, Merlin maybe largely kids stuff , but the Seeker and Co sure ain’t. It goes to show that the folks running the show haven’t got a clue, before you know it they scrap the show because demographics show 12 year olds don’t watch or get nightmares.

Xena and Hercules are ridiculous and crappy shows, this one is decent. It’s generic fantasy, sure, but a fantasy show is rare enough, can’t really expect an original one. I watched the pilot and kept watching after that, so it certainly met my approval.

@War Gay ? Ha not if you consider a sword master roaming the lands with 2 deadly and fucking beautiful babes (blond & black) gay. Battling the underworld in season 2 based on a book by a successful fantasywriter. Plenty of (horrible) deaths and the comparison with xena or hercules is lame these were indeed more kids stuff like the current merlin series.
