The journalist concludes his investigation of crime-ridden locations by travelling to South Africa’s largest city, where some residents have lost faith in the police to protect them. He meets the co-ordinator of an increasingly popular private security firm to learn about the brutal methods used by the company to punish criminals who are caught. He is then escorted into a skyscraper that has been taken over by a criminal gang to meet their boss.
