I meant to get this written yesterday, but I wasn’t able to get around to it. On Friday PARADOX released an incredibly stripped down version of this, which was essentially just a rip. It was missing help files, and a lot of other somewhat valuable resources. Many people in the comments also seemed to have some issues with getting it to work. So, here is PANTHEON’s full release of Cinema 4D R11. Enjoy, and thanks to PANTHEON for this.

Oh, I was really amazed that friday’s release was only about 120mb. It worked for me, but Im pretty sure I am missing a bunch of textures and stuff.

This hyrib .dmg image can be a bit of a twat to mount/extract, the best program to open it with is UltraISO.

people have issues with the extracted language and help files…there have been working copies floating around too though, so it might be an issue with unpacking the dmg on PCs

my online updater doesn’t show any available files, while the one from the demo version works fine (i’m trying the PC version)

update: just tried unpacking with UltraISO and bingo it worked, so screw PowerISO which does indeed corrupt the extracted .zip files

badmood: YOU put my godson in a badmood. I downloaded this and went to extract. 10 rars corrupt in total, that’s 50%.

1st go: 2,3,6,10,14 corrupt. Fixed, although lots of damaged sectors not recovered. Extracted, 2nd run: 5,7,16,18,20 corrupt, but did not show in the first extract. Repaired, fixed and tried again. The same.

Repair does not work. Do you think I’ll re download almost 1.6GB again…
Now what do we do about solving people problems. Technology is wonderful.

I’m new to all this….I’ve extracted all files of C4D and have a 3.9GB pnt-c411. Please tell me how to open this file and install. No program will recognise it.

It´s very easy! Select the file pnt-c411.001 and then "open file with" and select winrar.

It will extract as a *.rar file into a pnt-c41m.dmg file.

After that you must download UltraISO app -
http://baixaki.ig.com.br/download/ultraiso-pe.htm

after install UltraIso, open the app and select the pnt-c41m.dmg file and use the extract icon in the upper bar.
