After the 720p & BD-rip we have the DVD-R for Punisher, officially the DVD-R is supposed to come out on March 17 but thanks to SCREAM we have the untouched NTSC version a grand 2 weeks before release.

Quality: Great quality on both audio and video fronts, a DVD-rip should be out soon if you’re hoping to save some Bandwidth.

Synopsis: Infamous vigilante, anti-hero Frank Castle (Ray Stevenson) is six years into his vengeance driven zeal as the Punisher when he brutally assaults a “beat the rap” party for notorious mob boss Gaitano Cesare. During the course of the massacre, he hideously disfigures overeager gangster Billy Russoti (Dominic West) and murders a mafia lackey who turns out to be an undercover FBI agent. Agent Paul Budiansky (Colin Salmon), the ex-partner of the undercover Fed, joins the NYPD’s “Punisher Task Force” to help bring Castle to justice, once and for all

Um generally our rules are that we don’t post DVDR when a retail rip is already out, but nvm now since its already up.

The quality on this looks better then the bdrip… I thought bdrips were suppose to be better quality then dvdrips?

uhh… maybe stupid question but isnt 720p better quality than DvD-R?

Except for maybe the "super kewl extra-material" (which is usually just a digital stocking stuffer) why would anyone who has the 720p download this?

Neglecting languages & subtitles, as you can get those most places…

(dont wnna start a flame war, a simple explanation will do)

It’s a dvdr but how is a dvdr better quality then something that was ripped from a blue ray video like a bdrip?

It really fucks me off when they say in the NFO "Partly stripped" extras, but they don’t tell you what extras they left on. Totally fucking useless fuckbag wastes of life, these people are.

I thought this movie was awesome, but many of my friends didn’t like it. I think it could be that you can’t please a comic book fan no matter what you make. Gore = lots of = sweet mother of mercy!
