As ReeGed said earlier, some of the staff will be doing their staff picks of horror flicks for you to enjoy, and well, here’s mine. Stephen King, known throughout the world as one of the best writers of our time and I’m almost sure that almost everyone who visits this site as heard of him, he’s books or the films that are based on he’s book’s, such as this one. IT, is a horror that not so much scares you but has a more mental effect on you, I remember watching this waiting for Pennywise (the clown) to pop up from behind my TV with a crazed laugh. For me also, the film contains such great acting from Tim Curry, this for me, is him at his best, enjoy.

Quality: DVDRip, audio and video are great succeeding this was filmed in 1990.

Synopsis: Originally titled Stephen King’s It, this two-part TV movie first aired on November 18 and 20, 1990. The story starts in Maine, where a small child is lured into the hands of what audiences everywhere can be assured is one mean clown. The 30-year struggle against an evil supernatural force that masquerades as a circus clown named Pennywise (Tim Curry) begins in 1960 and spans until 1990. Featured are a group of six young men and one young woman who call themselves “the lucky seven” and are the unfortunate targets of Pennywise from pre-adolescence into their mid-forties. The lucky seven emerge physically intact but emotionally scathed after their first battle with Pennywise — who is a self-labeled “eater of worlds…and children.” When Pennywise returns 30 years later, the seven are forced to remember their terrifying past and faced with the prospect of destroying him once and for all.

Personally i’d rather enjoy some Micky Finns, ball’s haven’t dropped? someones coming round later who im sure can disagree and I do have pubes, i just prefer to trim them :D.

I dunno why people says this makes them scared of clowns. Pennywise isn’t a clown, he’s a batshit crazy creature that morphs into whatever you’re scared of. Pennywise the clown was a common manifestation due to lots of peoples fear of clowns… :O

In the book he’s a lot more stuff than a clown though, less a clown than anything really.

Oh goddammit….why this movie IT singlehandedly traumatized me and made me scared of clowns for life. Even looking at the poster sends chills down my spine….great series but I’m staying away from IT even at a ripe old age of 30.

I HATE horror movies - but when I watched this years ago I was hooked. Can’t say I enjoyed it - but I think if memory serves it was the unknown of what the clown really was that kept me watching I will certainly be dl this one - thanks guys (or girls)…..

I have never seen this movie, and basically everybody I know has something or another to say whenever the movie "IT" is brought up. My wife and I really don’t do horror films, but morbid curiosity is tempting me to find out what all the fuss is about. But odds are it will never be watched because my wife is terrified of clowns to the point of tears, and I tend to grow a vag when it comes to scary movies. Hell I cried when my parents took me to see Beetlejuice in theaters… in my defense I was only 6 years old.

FAWK YES! I EFFIN’ LOVE THIS MOVIE! AHHHHHHHHHHH. I was 10 when I actually saw this for the first time (right @ end of 1995) and this movie is what first made me scared of clowns……now I just hate them lol.
