After their release of “My Enemys Enemy” a couple of days ago, GAYGAY is back with a DVDRip of what looks like a chinese horror flick. There is no IMDB page for this film and very little information in english, so there isn’t much to say about it, but I recommend you check out the sample and see if you dig the vibe. In my opinion Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai horror movies completely and utterly dominate the genre, so this could very well be worth a watch. Enjoy.

Quality: Very high quality on this release. Video quality is crisp and clear and so is the audio. Video bitrate is at a high 976kb/s for 1CD and audio is your regular old 128kb/s. According to the NFO, the language spoken is English, so apparently this is a dubbed release, which is really lame in my opinion. English and Chinese subtitles are included however.

I did my best to touch it up]: This film was adapted from the novel “Huangcun,” The story is about a young music artist called “Meng”. After a creative drought and his girlfriend turns his marriage proposal down, Meng travels to a mysterious ancient town called Huang Cun. This town is known for its golden, green bamboo forest where the Huangcun Inn is located. This inn is known for the myth of a female rogue. In order to find creative inspiration Meng stays at the inn. In this ancient sustained, sophisticated inn, strange things one after another - the female rogue is often seen floating in the night, wearing clothes of the Ming Dynasty. Meng begins to feel as if he’s part of a hellish nightmare.
