We had the xvid about two weeks ago, now we finally get the 720p. I personally have been waiting for this after seeing it in the cinema.

Quality: Brilliant quality of course from a BluRay disc, however it is nuked for being undersized, but this should not make a massive difference to you.

I’m confused as to how this whole size thing works for x264 releases. For example, Iron Man was 120 minutes and 4.4GB (4325 kb/s) and Forgetting Sarah Marshall was 112 minutes and 6.5GB (6462 kbps), and this is 113 minutes and 4.1GB (3782 kbps). Granted, it’s nuked, but let’s say that it was 4.4GB. Does FSM really need that much more bit rate than Iron Man and Hulk? I’d think it would be the other way around!
And yes, I know that FSM had DTS, but that shouldn’t mean the video bit rate is higher too.

undersized means that a release didn\’t utilize the full capacity of a particular medium (CD or DVD and soon, Blu-ray).

This release was 4.15GB when the full capacity of an actual DVD is 4.7GB. The idea is to get the most quality you can but still be just big enough to burn to a DVD for backup. 4.5GB seems to be close enough for scene releases, though. I\’m not sure of the exact specs. Maybe someone else can answer that.

Undersized means…it is definitely not a blu-ray rip!!!!
Apart from the ‘blurry’ upscaled dvdrip screenshots, the movie should be at least 4.36gb!

there is a reported audio problem with this release as well. The audio ticks consistanyly throughout the entire movie.

Tried converting this with mkv2vob last night but it failed at around 98% and was out of sync. Has anyone managed to convert it and play it on a ps3 at all succesfully yet.
