This rang a bell when I saw it on the trackers, but for the life of me I can’t remember where I heard about it. Either way… it looks awesome. If you’re into indies that is. And dramas. Filmed with what seems to be a decent budget, the plot is something along the lines of finding one’s self whilst in the throes of existential crisis. The iNTiMiD nfo actually has a better description than the tripe on IMDB and I urge you to read it. The IMDB reviews are very positive, despite their only being a few of them and I included a NY Times review that was a bit less complimentary. But tbh, the NY Times critics are always a bit too crazy with it. I haven’t seen the movie yet so I don’t know if I’ll agree with him, but the review comes off sounding just as, if not more pompous as the movie it presumes to be describing. Anyway… long story short… it’s a lot deeper than say… Babylon AD, but filmed well enough and with enough big names to be relatively light for what appears to be intense subject matter.
