There’s crappy pop produced for the masses for the sole purpose to make money (think Britney), then there’s true pop music from people who actually care about their music. The Ting Tings fall into the latter category. There isn’t a lot of pop I enjoy, but their latest album is actually pretty funky. They performed their hit single “Thats not my name” on Ferguson last night. Enjoy.

ReeGed wtf are you talking about, care about their music? They are just as shite as everybody else, if not worse.
The stupid cow tried to say they were as good as Blondie ffs.
They are the exact same as everyone else, two notes and the same beat throughout an entire song, and the chorus repeated 50 times because they cant fill 3 minutes with words or a variation of music.

i think it’s because the x264 codec is getting more and more popular because it’s kind of better compared to DivX/XviD, and the .avi container doesn’t fully support it. something about the b-frames, whatever those are. x264 works better with .mkv so there you are.

Well, I consider myself a genre slut, I’l listen to nearly anything used to be a metal head, mostly into alt n dance now, but main stream commercial radio? pfft kill me now. these guys are still on the alt/indie side of things, they have at least 3 songs that are decent. yeh it aint great, but its easy on the ears, and im sure its better then what any of u ppl that are puttin S#I7 on em have released yeh? Look at the Whitestripes, basic has F&$k, but you gotta pay it to em for having a good beat/sound whatever.
